He was so very kind and patient, trying to help me get transportation. HOWEVER, I wish to give kudos to outstandingly friendly, professional and persistently helpful Security person, CAMERON TRAUB, who was working the door on Swing shift on Saturday, Nov. I had to summon a taxi from Akron for a 7 minute ride at $45. At the conclusion of the concert, I waited about 45 minutes before attempting to summon a ride back to my nearby hotel. Spotlights blinded both the band and the up-close fans. The stage lighting was terrible, and the performers noted it. There was no respect offered our devoted TRibe fans, average age 65+, who are well-versed in concert etiquette and our hero’s preferences. The Security detail was grim and humorless. I had some difficulty locating the CenterStage area, but once there, the ushers were most helpful, even assisting when I found someone else in my seat.
Upon entry to the complex, I was overwhelmed. I stayed at a chain hotel about 5 miles away and had to wait 30 minutes for an Uber. This is NOT my kind of entertainment, but my favorite performer held a two-night concert there November 6 & 7, 2021, so of course, I attended.
